Upon the surface the base is quite
spars. There are only two roads from the base one towards
Mobster Creek and the other to the air strip. The roads are
marked out with 45 gallon oil drums. The base perimeter is
also marked out by oil drums.
The perimeter drums are there just for safety. If someone was
to get lost in a whiteout, it is hoped that they would stumble
to the perimeter drums and find their way home.
